icon dump part 2
Icons that I had posted at halfmoon_icons. Reposting them since my domain died and took all the icons I had hosted on there along with it. Some of these are really old and some of them are really bad, but I like others. I'd like to keep them up for archival purposes. Had to split this into two due to the massive size.
